What are you allowed to do on Purity & Natural?
Using, copyrighting, modifying, creating derivative material or plagiarizing Purity & Natural logos, trademarks or content for purposes such as resale, reuse and unauthorized distribution is a breach of copyright.
Distribution of software, products, and services is prohibited, as well as accessing Purity & Natural via a web crawler, extraction software or similar variations.
What Code of Conduct Should you Apply when Using Purity & Natural?
You must comply with Canadian laws regarding online conduct, as well as Canadian copyright and fair dealing laws.
You agree that you will not use Purity & Natural for illegal purposes including any acts of infringement, using the site for commercial intentions and activities aside from processing the meal order. You agree not to post reviews of restaurants created with commercial intentions.
You agree not to copy any content from Purity & Natural, including restaurant menus and third-party reviews for print or online republication.
Violation of Purity & Natural Sites and Security
Efforts to interfere with Purity & Natural sites via attempts to enter other computer systems without approved consent from Purity & Natural is forbidden. Installing viruses and other malicious software and files is also not permitted in accordance with Canadian law.
You agree that a violation of the security of Purity & Natural sites, in addition to interfering with networks, servers, accounts, passwords, the Purity & Natural system, and those of our participating restaurants is illegal.
You must not be a minor, and therefore must be over the age of 14 to use Purity & Natural.
Using a card that does not belong to you as a method of payment requires the consent of the cardholder. By placing your meal order on Purity & Natural, you agree that the third party has consented to your use of their card.
How Should you Engage with Site Content?
Language and Respect
You will refrain from using abusive and profane terms, including attacks of a personal nature that express sexual, racial or religious biases, as well as other expressions of discrimination and hate.
You agree that you are the creator of the content you submit and that you have first-hand experience with the participating restaurant if you choose to write a review.
Privacy, Copyright, and Intellectual Property Rights
You will not express misleading, inaccurate, unfair or defamatory claims that violate privacy rights, or that contain exaggerated claims about Purity & Natural or a related third party.
You agree not to use copyrighted content without the consent of the owner, and you agree not to breach intellectual property rights.
You agree not to advertise, promote or trade any goods or services that do not adhere to Purity & Natural, including negative reviews posted by competing restaurants or declarations of health code violations.
You also agree not to promote any personal causes of a political or religious nature or similar, and you agree not to promote illegal acts including the violation of any right of any person or business.
You agree not to generate content that links to any commercial website. You agree not to include content that is offensive and inappropriate for minors, and you agree not to submit malicious software and files such as viruses and similar.
Purity & Natural’s Management of your Content
Because Purity & Natural encourages user-generated content, you agree to give Purity & Natural rights to archive, use, copy, modify, distribute and create derivative work from the content you have submitted to Purity & Natural.
You agree to give Purity & Natural the right to use any submitted information for any purpose, including but not restricted to promotion and marketing, as well as a development of products and services. You acknowledge that you agree to the rights described in the latter paragraph without expecting any form of credit to you.
You also agree to have your content appear in search results that can be accessed by users on Purity & Natural.
Purity & Natural’s Responsibilities Regarding your Content
User-generated content is not sanctioned by Purity & Natural and does not represent the views of Purity & Natural or its partners. You agree that Purity & Natural does not account for the reliability and accuracy (or lack of) expressed in user-submitted content. Additionally, Purity & Natural does not account for the information submitted by third parties. This includes information such as restaurant hours, services, parking, as well as menu pricing and items, which are subject to change without notice. Please email info@PurityNatural.ca to notify us or inquire about any inconsistencies regarding the menu and/or pricing.
Editing and Removal of User Generated Content
If you are a copyright owner and believe that the copyright of your content has been breached and has been published on our site, please send us a physical or electronic signature stating the nature of the infringement, the content that has been infringed, your contact information so that we may process a response, and the request for removal. Please note that you must also state that the information is accurate and that you have received consent from the copyright owner to process your claim if the copyright owner isn’t processing it him/herself.
Purity & Natural’s Proprietary Rights
You agree that Purity & Natural has Proprietary Rights and you acknowledge that Purity & Natural reserves the right to all its content, graphics, interfaces, design, images, layout, software, HTML, and so forth.
Your Purity & Natural User Account
Purity & Natural requires visitors to register and create an account or use Purity & Natural as a guest. If you create an account, you agree to enter accurate and up to date information in the registration form fields. If an inaccurate and unverifiable information is entered, Purity & Natural reserves the right to deny future use of Purity & Natural sites.
Liability for Account Activity
You acknowledge that you are liable for the activities attached to your account. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify Purity & Natural at info@PurityNatural.ca. You agree that you are responsible for retaining the privacy and security of your account and password. You acknowledge that Purity & Natural is not liable for any damages that may occur as a result of your activities on your account.

Shipping Options And Approximate Rates
Purchases will be shipped via Canada Post from either our Vancouver or Toronto distribution center. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 3-14 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-3 business days.
- The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
- Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery times shown below are based on normal business volume. You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery methods are available to all areas.
- Note: Your package will come from one of our Canadian distribution facilities located in Vancouver and Toronto and may be randomly stopped for inspection at the border by U.S. FDA. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but delays of this nature are out of our control.
Canada, US Military & Diplomatic Addresses
We are now able to ship to APO / FPO / DPO locations. We only ship to CANADA POST Ground Service, which we normally state takes between 5 – 9 business days. However, due to the fact that the package is leaving the continent, it may take significantly longer than estimated. No tracking number will be provided, as it must cross the Canada-US border and change hands between the two countries’ postal services.
As we ship with Canada Post/UPS, which does not have access to Postal Boxes, we are unable to deliver to any PO Box address in the Canada and United States.
Purity & Natural strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States, Canada or abroad. Purity & Natural is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. We kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.

Out Of Stock Items

Order Cancellation And Changes
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at 1.855.802.5196 and quote your order number.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
What shipping method do you use?
The majority of our packages are shipped by Canada Post or UPS. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier. For more information, please call Customer Care on 1.855.802.5196.
Do I have to sign for delivery?
You will not have to sign for delivery unless you tick the ‘Signature Required’ box at the checkout. However, by not ticking that box you are acknowledging that neither Canada Post/UPS nor Purity & Natural are responsible for replacing the product in the event that your order is damaged or missing.
What do I do if I have special delivery instructions?
Unfortunately, Canada Post and UPS does not accept special delivery instructions for orders placed through Purity & Natural at this time.
What is return policy?
Sales are final, no refund, exchange only within 7 days of purchase If Merchant is not opened (Sealing Should Be Not Broken)
Can I return my product if it arrives melted, or melts while I’ve stored it?
Products labeled with our Melt Warning are made with ingredients that allow the product to melt around body temperature. During the summer months, these products can get very warm in transit and may melt into a liquid. Purity & Natural is not responsible if the warned items arrive melted, and in most cases, you should be able to pop the products into the fridge and still be able to use them. Please note, we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit. Keep in mind that if you put them on the radiator or in direct sunlight they’re going to turn into liquid too, so please keep them someplace cool.
